We strive to deliver products that meet the highest standards of quality, but we understand that there may be occasions where a return or refund is necessary. This policy outlines the terms under which products may be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Please read the following carefully to understand your rights and obligations.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Items purchased from Us Bro are eligible for return under the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product. After 7 days, we cannot accept the item for return.
  • Condition of Product: The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact. Items that show signs of wear or use will not be accepted.
  • Exclusions: Certain items are non-returnable, including:
    • Customized or personalized items
    • Items purchased using the NORETURN coupon (see Section 5)
    • Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase

To initiate a return, please email support@usbro.in with your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.

2. Return Process

To ensure a smooth return process, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to support@usbro.in with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will reply with instructions and a return authorization number.
  2. Packaging: Ensure the item is securely packed in its original packaging. All tags, labels, and accessories (if any) must be included. Failure to do so may result in the rejection of your return.
  3. Shipping the Return: Ship the product to the return address provided in the authorization email. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part (see Section 3 for more details).
  4. Confirmation of Return: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you a confirmation email regarding the status of your return.
3. Return Shipping Costs
  • Customer Responsibility: If you are returning a product for reasons other than a defect or error on our part, you are responsible for the shipping costs to return the product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Us Bro Responsibility: If the return is due to a defect, damage, or incorrect item shipped, we will cover the return shipping cost. Please contact support@usbro.in to arrange a return in such cases.
4. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be applied to the original payment method (credit card, bank account, etc.). Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to process and reflect the refund on your statement.
  • Partial Refunds: In certain cases, only partial refunds will be granted, such as:
    • Any item not in its original condition or with missing parts (not due to our error)
    • Items returned more than 7 days after delivery (subject to acceptance at our discretion)

Please note that shipping costs (including expedited shipping) are non-refundable, except in cases where Us Bro is at fault (e.g., defective products, incorrect items).

5. NORETURN Coupon and Non-Refundable Orders

The NORETURN coupon offers customers a 15% discount on their orders but comes with the condition that these purchases are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. By using this coupon at checkout, you agree to forgo your right to return the item for any reason.

6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, the following conditions apply:

  • Exchange Timeframe: Exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Availability: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired product is not available, we will process a refund instead.
  • Exchange Process: Contact support@usbro.in to request an exchange. The item must be in unused and original condition, as outlined in Section 1.
7. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact support@usbro.in immediately. We will require photographs of the damaged item to assess the issue and provide instructions for returning the product. Once verified, we will send a replacement product at no additional cost or issue a full refund, including shipping charges.

8. Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Gift cards
  • Items purchased on clearance or during special promotional sales (unless explicitly stated)
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items purchased using the NORETURN coupon
