1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 24-48 hours of receiving the order (excluding weekends and public holidays). During peak sale periods or special promotions, processing times may be longer, and we will notify you accordingly.
- Once the order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details and shipping tracking number (if applicable).
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
2. Delivery Timeframes
At Us Bro, we offer fast and reliable shipping across India. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 4-6 business days Delivery from the date of dispatch.
- Express Shipping (if available): 2-3 business days Delivery from the date of dispatch.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the shipping destination and external factors like weather, logistics issues, or public holidays.
3. Shipping Costs
We offer the following shipping options:
- Prepaid Orders: Free shipping across India. You can opt for prepaid payment methods such as credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, or digital wallets.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for a ₹100 fee, which will be added at checkout.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can monitor the status of your order from dispatch to delivery. If you do not receive the tracking details within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact info@usbro.in for assistance.
5. Failed Deliveries and Reattempts
If a delivery attempt is made and the package is undeliverable due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
- Unavailability of the recipient at the time of delivery
- Refusal to pay the COD fee (if applicable)
We will attempt to redeliver your order. If after three delivery attempts the package remains undelivered, the order will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, prepaid orders will be refunded minus any return shipping costs.
6. Undeliverable Packages
In rare cases, orders may be marked as undeliverable by the courier service. This may happen due to factors such as an incorrect address or restrictions at the delivery location. If your package is marked undeliverable, we will notify you and either attempt to redeliver the item or issue a full refund.
7. Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we only ship within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time. However, we hope to expand our shipping services globally in the near future.
8. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
If your package is damaged, lost, or stolen during shipping, please contact us immediately at info@usbro.in with your order number and details. We will work with the courier service to resolve the issue and either send a replacement or issue a refund.
- Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, we will require photos of the damaged package and items. Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
- Lost Packages: If your order is lost in transit, we will open an investigation with the shipping carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no extra cost.
